Who Are We?

A full time academy nestled in the heart of Haslemere, in the beautiful Gemini Chapel. 1 minute from the train station. Here, Jiu Jitsu isn't just a combat sport or form of self defence - It's a tool for transformation. A pathway to becoming better.

For many of us the hardest battles we face aren't fought in cages, they're fought in silence. We bury our problems deep down and try to just "get on with it". But this is often to the detriment of our mental, emotional, physical and even, spiritual health.

At Haslemere Jiu Jitsu, we train to acknowledge our problems, to develop resilience, to grow through what we go through and to remember no matter how tough life gets, we're tougher.

Whether you are navigating trauma, adversity, stress, addiction, anxiety or just having a hard time with life itself, the mats are here to meet you where you're at. 

No ego. No judgment. We are people coming together, getting better one roll at a time.

What's it like training with us?
